The Lazy Formula: Intro Presentation
Many in the larger Facebook community have been asking for a course on how I trade options and generate monthly income while traveling. So, I’ve finally created an introduction presentation that will go over the general concepts, key terms, and briefly how Covered Calls and Cash-Secured Puts can be used to produce passive, regular income. This presentation is designed to inform attendees about options and help them determine if it’s a good investment strategy that fits well within their own portfolios.

New Website?
The 60 Seconds to FIRE website is live! I’m still tidying it up and adding new elements, but make sure you head over and check it out. Share it with like-minded friends and family. All future courses and books will be available there.

¡Nos mudamos a España! We’re Moving to Spain!!!
That’s right, folks—the visa application has been accepted! I am now the proud holder of a Spanish retirement Visa (Non-Lucrative Visa). It took around 23 days instead of the expected three months, and I couldn’t be happier. I have been dreaming of living in Europe for years, and now it’s a reality! So by mid-July, I’ll be writing these articles and coming to you from Valencia. Let’s goooo!
So, 2025 has already been a huge year so far, and we’re only just getting started.
